Joan Hart, née Shakespeare had children and the line continued at least until the 18th century; and for her husband there is at least some biographical information.
The cites are a bit iffy (I picked the first I found in Chamber's F&P). Better to pick from Schoenbaum's CDL, or possibly find a suitable single-page summary in some bio so we can support (almost) the entire template with a single cite.
Years active for Robert Arden and Richard Hathaway should be possible to scare up, at least approximately
The remaining siblings would be good to list, if we can figure out a good way to do it without overburdening the template.
