This page should not be speedily deleted because... The 2nd Mandela cabinet was the cabinet after the government reshuffle which occurred as a consequence of the exit of the NP out of the GNU. At the very least, we have to check if the Mandela government from 1996 to 1999 was called "2nd Mandela cabinet", and in case of deletion save the informations about the reshuffle and incorporate it into the template of the other cabinet.
