John Hamilton[edit]

Should John Hamilton of Blair be listed as both the last Church of Scotland and the first Episcopal bishop? His article states 'he held this position until the Glorious Revolution brought an end to the Restoration Episcopate of the Scottish church in 1688' and then became a minister in Edinburgh and 'a sub-dean of the chapel-royal'. However the Bishop of Dunkeld article indicates he was the first Episcopal bishop until his death in 1690. Clearly one of these is wrong. Dunarc (talk) 19:47, 19 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
