I have removed the Notability tag - Ritchie is the subject of biographies in both the 1896 Dictionary of National Biography and the 2004 Oxford Dictionary of National Biography see: Wikipedia:Notability_(people)#Any_biography Dorset100 (talk) 23:48, 3 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
