Superconductor Applications to Electrical Motors[edit]
It might be worthwhile stating what the benefits/advanatages are of applying superconductor technology to electrical motors are. Am I correct to state that the key advantage of superconductors within this application are not that those superconductors can generate intense magnetic fields, but that the superconductors can conduct phenomenally large amounts of current. Thus, if dealing with highly expensive superconductor, it is still possible to generate an efficient electrical motor that uses only a small amount of superconductor by forcing large currents through the wire (well, obviously, but it could be stated somewhere).
Oh, yes, what about electrostatic motors? Surely superconductors can make these lighter, cheaper and more efficient?

Holbrook Superconductor Project[edit]
There's no mention of the Holbrook Superconductor Project in this article. To be honest, I couldn't even find much info on it, which was very disappointing. Putting a 138kV superconducting power line in seems like something that would have gotten more attention. Why not rename to just Applications of superconductivity[edit]
