Soviet socialist patriotismSoviet patriotism – A vastly more common usage Staszek Lem (talk) 00:39, 16 May 2019 (UTC) --Relisting. King of ♠ 18:17, 26 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Support, as Soviet is a socialist regime, "Soviet socialist" is redundant term. But if "great nationalism" is removed, I will oppose the proposed move. UU (talk) 16:21, 16 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Please show me the references to reliable sources where it is called "great nationalism". Please do not add unreferenced text into articles. Staszek Lem (talk) 17:14, 16 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
For facilitating consensus and some Wikipedia user buys my point, I strike the opposing opinion. UU (talk) 11:21, 26 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose as the topic here is a particular type of Socialist patriotism. --В²C 22:22, 21 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
    • I do not understand why soviet patriotism cannot be particular type of socialist patriorism. Staszek Lem (talk) 18:27, 24 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
      • Because soviet patriotism is not necessarily soviet socialist patriotism. It could be patriotism for some other aspect of the soviet system, like the authoritarianism, the atheism or the Russian culture, or especially, the nationalism. The socialist patriotism is particular and separate from other patriotism, especially from Soviet nationalistic patriotism. --В²C
        • Please provide references about other kinds of soviet patriotism to support your opinion. Staszek Lem (talk) 00:54, 29 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. The proposed term certainly appears in the literature and is more WP:CONCISE. As UU says, "socialist" is pretty much redundant anyway, as the USSR was well-known as being a socialist state anyway.  — Amakuru (talk) 10:22, 24 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. Socialist patriotism is an occupied title, and no proposal has been made to move it anywhere. Soviet socialist patriotism appears to focus geographically on the Soviet Union. bd2412 T 14:21, 24 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per Amakuru, more concise. —Gazoth (talk) 06:40, 28 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
