The Museum of Childhood, Royal Mile: Reported to ring with the crying of children late at night. It is near the site of a nursery sealed up during the plague years - with mothers and children inside. http://news.scotsman.com/features/Why-youve-more-than-a.2578441.jp — Preceding unsigned comment added by 46.208.26.179 (talk) 12:29, 9 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The crying of children?[edit]

Should Wikipedia be perpetuating this uncorroborated nonsense? The idea that women and children were bricked up in a close during a plague year is in itself absurd. Show me the evidence and I'll eat my words. What this article needs is a paragraph about the founder of the museum and how it came about, not sensational ghost stories lacking any foundation in fact.
