Contrary to popular belief, the Lackawanna County Stadium, home to the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Red Barons is actually situated within the city limits of Scranton and not in Moosic borough despite the fact that it is geographically within less than a half of a mile of Cinemark.

Incorrect. The stadium's address is listed as 235 Montage Mountain Road, Moosic, PA. ([1]). Correcting this error...

We need to talk about the different Moosic neighborhoods:

Greenwood
Lower Moosic
Spike Island
Belin Village
Moosic Heights
Glenmaura

We also need to note that the Riverside School District serves the community.

Including Riverside Elementary East, located in Greenwood.
Moosic students attend Riverside Jr.-Sr. High School in neighboring Taylor.
