Wikipedia is not a forum where you can just ask questions and/or get tech support. Talk pages are only for discussion related to the article itself. Perhaps you should go to Google and look up some popular tech support sites instead. GB86 18:43, 24 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Try a USB modem instead. These are compatible with many providers. --True Tech Talk Time (talk) 02:39, 2 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Merger proposal[edit]

I propose that Wireless modem be merged into Mobile broadband modem. I think that the content in the Wireless modem article can easily be explained in the context of Mobile broadband modem, and the MBM article is of a reasonable size in which the merging of Wireless modem will not cause any problems as far as article size or undue weight is concerned. Also, the term "mobile broadband" already has its own page to clearly define the subject. Such a term is much more descriptive than "wireless modem", which can simply signify a dial-up/DSL/cable/FTTH modem with Bluetooth or Wi-Fi capabilities built in. --True Tech Talk Time (talk) 02:37, 2 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Dates[edit]

This page needs dates relating to the technology and geographical implementation/availability. --109.49.141.100 (talk) 13:05, 19 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Move discussion in progress[edit]

There is a move discussion in progress on Talk:Datacard which affects this page. Please participate on that page and not in this talk page section. Thank you. —RMCD bot 08:19, 12 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
