Merge proposal[edit]

This article is redundant to to Artoklasia which, in its opening sentence, gives as a synonym "Church Slavonic: Лития,'litiya'", and this article contains a section on Artoklasia, which is but an abridgment of the Artoklasia article.

The two services are always held in conjunction (excepting the once-a-year abridged, idiosyncratic artoklasia on Holy Saturday).

Therefore, I propose merging the 2 articles and giving one as a redirect to the other.
