Response to "proposed deletion": this proposed deletion obviously demonstrates lack of knowledge with the subject at hand. This article is a very recent entry and with time it should build a reasonable number of references and links.

Response to "issues":

This article relies on references to primary sources or sources affiliated with the subject. (January 2013)

If the subject is the conference, this statement does not apply since the article contains 10 references to the conference proceedings and 13 references to non-conference publications.

This article needs additional citations for verification. (January 2013)

It has 23 references, does it need 230?

This article may rely excessively on sources too closely associated with the subject, preventing the article from being verifiable and neutral. (January 2013)

Again, it includes 10 references to the conference proceedings and 13 reference to non-conference publications. Although many more "independent" references could be added, Wikipedia includes many articles which have less than 13 references.
