Name?[edit]

If it's a Finland-Hungarian society, why the heck is its name in French, which is not related to either Finnish or Hunagrian? JIP | Talk 20:31, 26 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is the name used in its publications, and the name it is most commonly known by, even in English language texts. On its home page in English it uses the form Société Finno-Ougrienne – Finno-Ugrian Society. -- Petri Krohn 20:51, 26 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
