S1790[edit]

This may be in the NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020 - S1790. When pointed to it, the Caesar bill can be found. However, when I search congress.gov, I couldn't find mention of it in that bill, for a few days. Maybe it will update? Also, there aren't second party newspaper references for this yet. Here it is at congress.gov, https://www.congress.gov/congressional-report/116th-congress/house-report/333/1, view the PDF file. It also may have passed from the House into the NDAA. Caesar116 (talk) 05:12, 12 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV[edit]

"is a United States legislation that sanctions the Syrian government, including Syrian president Bashar al-Assad, for war crimes against the Syrian population." It should be alleged war crimes. This article is written from a hawkish, american perspective. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.227.205.253 (talk) 16:31, 18 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
