A1: A large amount of material and Oxford University themselves have stated that Bongbong Marcos did not graduate with a full degree and was only given a special diploma.

Not done: That isn't what WP:NPOV means. The first sentence in the policy states: neutral point of view [...] means representing fairly, proportionately, and, as far as possible, without editorial bias, all the significant views that have been published by reliable sources on a topic.
