Rename to Cannabis in Washington, D. C., split off, or what?[edit]

Right now almost every single US state and territory has a "Cannabis in X" article for itself, but DC is using this page, Initiative 71, as its main article.

Should we re-name this page to Cannabis in Washington, D.C. and then flesh it out a little bit with mention of other changes and cultural issues outside of just 71, or should we start a brand new page Cannabis in Washington, D.C. and populate it from scratch, or what would be the best way? I think the page should be renamed and within it include info about Initiative 71.Terrorist96 (talk) 23:21, 8 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I think we need Cannabis in Washington, D.C., with a section and main page link to Initiative 71. The DC article should include other info related to culture, other legislation, advocacy group, etc. ---Another Believer (Talk) 23:23, 8 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Definitely two separate entries. One about the initiative, one about developments on marijuana in DC. I'll add some to the latter once its created. DC has few ballot initiatives, each is deserving of its own entry. Bangabandhu (talk) 04:51, 9 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Cool, I've created Cannabis in Washington, D. C. by recycling some material from existing articles. Please feel free to expand and refine. Goonsquad LCpl Mulvaney (talk) 08:28, 9 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
