Question about official return[edit]

I've just added the official return as being the best source, but noticed that it tabulates votes for the Democratic Party candidates as well as the Republicans. Am I right in assuming that what these are is where a voter has correctly filled out their ballot for the Democratic primary, but accidentally put it into the ballot box for the Republican primary?
