Othman Hussein Fayed Megali (born 1970) is a politician who has been a member of the House of Representatives of Yemen since 1997. He is well-known by his strong and historical hostility to the Houthis. He was Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation from 2018 to 2020, He was also Minister of State for Parliament and Shura Council Affairs.[1]
