The following is a list of New Mexico Lobos men's basketball head coaches. There have been 22 head coaches of the Lobos in their 120-season history.[1]

New Mexico's current head coach is Richard Pitino. He was hired as the Lobos' head coach in March 2021,[2] replacing Paul Weir, who resigned after the 2020–21 season.[3]
