Русский: Изображение фрагмента усов Psychodidae (бабочницы), полученное с помощью сканирующей электронной микроскопии с разрешением около 70 нм. Ус представляет из себя длинный толстый ствол, разделенный на сегменты. Каждый сегмент начинается с корзинки со стволом на центральной оси, вокруг хаотично расположенные короткие волосяные структуры, а на периферии корзинки растут длинные волосы, устремляющиеся параллельно стволу дальше от головы. Каждый длинный волос в свою очередь покрыт очень короткими волосками. English: An image of a fragment of the whiskers of Psychodidae (drain- or moth flies), obtained using scanning electron microscopy with a resolution of about 70 nm. The whisker is a long thick trunk, divided into segments. Each segment begins with a basket with a trunk on the central axis, around randomly located short hair structures, and long hairs grow on the periphery of the basket, growing parallel to the trunk farther from the head. Each long hair is in turn covered with very short hairs. |
