English: Group portrait of the Board of Teylers Foundation, with their secretary and the architect Leendert Viervant, In 1786 the Board of Teylers Foundation (Dutch: Teylers Stichting) consisted of (sitting from left to right in the portrait) Willem van der Vlugt Sr. (1778-1807), Antoni Kuits (1778-1789), Gerard Hugaart (1778-1791), Adriaan van Zeebergh (1780-1824) and Jan Herdingh (1782-1822). Also depicted is, all on the right, Koenraad Hovens, secretary to the Board and standing their architect, Leendert Viervant the Younger.
