English: Teresa Navarro Nasif joined what was then GSA’s Consumer Information Center (CIC) in 1976, and was its director from 1982 to 2011. Under her direction it was renamed the Federal Citizen Information Center (FCIC). Here she appears with government publications spread across her desk.
