English: "On a gold color metal and enamel white and black circular device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height divided diagonally, left to right, enclosed by a green scroll inscribed with the unit’s designation, “FIRST” below, “INFORMATION” at left, “OPERATIONS” at top and “COMMAND” to right; all surmounted by a yellow sword, point up and lightning flash crossed diagonally throughout the device."
