Description 4IOT from RCSB PDB databank. Carbonic anhydrase complexed with a sulfonamide. In this case it's more zoomed in. The colours correspond to the different amino acid residues in the protein. Dark green is alanine; orange is arginine; dark blue is asparagine; red is aspartic acid; pink is cysteine; light blue is glutamine; dark red is glutamic acid; grey is glycine; pink is histidine; pink is isoleucine; light blue is leucine; orange is lysine; light green is methionine; murky green is phenylalanine; gold is proline; blue is serine.
