Summary
| Description |
Македонски: Главен влез во Костурница. Костурница во Велес преставува монументален споменик изграден во чест на загинатите борци во Народно Ослоботителната Војна. Автори на ова неповторливо уметничко - архитектонско дело се Љубомир Денковиќ (академски вајар) и Саво Суготин (инжинер архитект) од Нови Сад. Самата форма на споменикот претставува афионов цвет, кој во еден даден момент се распукнува што значи раѓање на нешто ново. Внатрешното ликовно обликување претставено преку мозаик е дело на академскиот сликар од Скопје- Петар Мазев и е најголем мозаичен комплекс во Македонија со над 220 метри квадратни. Со изградба на овој споменик се започнало во 1976 година, а се завршило во 1979 година. Бил пуштен во употреба на 11-ти Октомври 1979 година од страна на тогашниот претседател на “Здружението на борците на Југославија“ Генерал Коста Наки. |
