Sunset Beach is a summer village in Alberta, Canada. It is located on the eastern shore of Baptiste Lake.

Demographics[edit]

In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, the Summer Village of Sunset Beach had a population of 55 living in 29 of its 92 total private dwellings, a change of 12.2% from its 2016 population of 49. With a land area of 0.87 km2 (0.34 sq mi), it had a population density of 63.2/km2 (163.7/sq mi) in 2021.[2]

In the 2016 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, the Summer Village of Sunset Beach had a population of 49 living in 25 of its 99 total private dwellings, a change of 11.4% from its 2011 population of 44. With a land area of 0.74 km2 (0.29 sq mi), it had a population density of 66.2/km2 (171.5/sq mi) in 2016.[3]
