Ryan Finley is an American businessman and the founder of SurveyMonkey, an online survey software provider.[1]

Education[edit]

Finley holds a BS degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.[2]

Career[edit]

Finley founded SurveyMonkey in Madison Wisconsin in 1999 at the time he was working at a company called[3] Sonic Foundry, growing the company to $30 million in sales as of 2014.[1]

In 2009, Ryan sold SurveyMonkey to a private equity firm, however, he remains working at the company.[4]
