María de los Dolores Padierna Luna (born 8 May 1958) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the PRD.

She was a senator of the LXII Legislature of the Mexican Congress. She also served as Deputy of the Congress from 1997 to 2000 and from 2003 to 2006.[1]

Padierna Luna was the candidate for borough president in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City ( MORENA) in the 2021 election[2] despite accusations that she and her husband, René Bejarano were corrupt.[3][4]
