Строка в таблице ниже определяется как любой набор строк, который классифицируется либо Джонсоном (1955), либо Франклином (1998) - или, в подавляющем большинстве случаев, обоими - как стихотворение, написанное Эмили Дикинсон. Джонсон признает 1775 стихотворений, а Франклин 1789; однако каждая из них в небольшом количестве случаев классифицируется как несколько строк стихов, а другая - как одно стихотворение. Столбцы

  • F / S : Положение в Fascicles или Sets. Дикинсон сохранила около 2/3 своих стихов в «рукописных книгах» или «пакетах» двух типов.
